data-block-id=\"291e6d7\"><h5 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">At leve med konsekvenserne \u2013 ikke kun sygdommen<\/h5><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-7439a23\" data-block-id=\"7439a23\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Crohns sygdom forsvandt ikke.<br>Fistlerne forsvandt ikke bare.<br>Og en stomi er ikke en lykkelig slutning.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-1718034\" data-block-id=\"1718034\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Men noget \u00e6ndrede sig.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-adc91c6\" data-block-id=\"adc91c6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Jeg begyndte langsomt at l\u00e6re, at livet med kronisk sygdom ikke kun handler om diagnoser, operationer og medicin \u2013<br>men om <strong>konsekvenserne<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c4add0d\" data-block-id=\"c4add0d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Tr\u00e6thed, der ikke kan soves v\u00e6k.<br>En krop, der siger fra uden varsel.<br>Et nervesystem, der altid er lidt p\u00e5 vagt.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-fb21c7a\" data-block-id=\"fb21c7a\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Og en hverdag, der hele tiden skal justeres.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-88f519d\" id=\"at-finde-styrke-uden-at-skulle-vaere-staerk\" data-block-id=\"88f519d\"><h5 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">At finde styrke uden at skulle v\u00e6re st\u00e6rk<\/h5><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-7e74c49\" data-block-id=\"7e74c49\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Der findes et pres p\u00e5 mennesker med kronisk sygdom:<br>Man skal v\u00e6re sej.<br>Positiv.<br>Taknemmelig.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-01da673\" data-block-id=\"01da673\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Men sandheden er, at styrke ikke altid ser p\u00e6n ud.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3931b06\" data-block-id=\"3931b06\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Nogle dage er styrke:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at blive i sengen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at aflyse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at sige \u201cjeg kan ikke i dag\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-fe54c31\" data-block-id=\"fe54c31\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Jeg l\u00e6rte, at det ikke er et nederlag.<br>Det er overlevelse.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-3ef4f29\" id=\"relationer-der-aendrer-sig\" data-block-id=\"3ef4f29\"><h5 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Relationer, der \u00e6ndrer sig<\/h5><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ec13934\" data-block-id=\"ec13934\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Sygdom sorterer i mennesker.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-cdf70d1\" data-block-id=\"cdf70d1\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Nogle forsvinder stille.<br>Andre bliver \u2013 ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r det er besv\u00e6rligt.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b8be817\" data-block-id=\"b8be817\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">M blev.<br>Familien blev.<br>Og enkelte mennesker viste sig at kunne rumme b\u00e5de sygdommen og mig.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-55da0fa\" data-block-id=\"55da0fa\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Det l\u00e6rte mig noget vigtigt:<br>Jeg beh\u00f8ver ikke g\u00f8re mig mindre for at passe ind.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-e513dc4\" id=\"fra-patient-til-stemme\" data-block-id=\"e513dc4\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Fra patient til stemme<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-9c75779\" data-block-id=\"9c75779\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">P\u00e5 et tidspunkt kunne jeg m\u00e6rke, at alt det, jeg havde oplevet, ikke bare m\u00e5tte blive inde i mig.<br>Jeg havde set:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>systemfejl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manglende viden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>patienter, der ikke blev h\u00f8rt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b\u00f8rn og unge, der stod alene med alt for meget ansvar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-18a8575\" data-block-id=\"18a8575\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Og jeg vidste \u00e9n ting:<br>Hvis ikke vi, der lever med det, fort\u00e6ller hvordan det virkelig er \u2013<br>s\u00e5 bliver det ved med at v\u00e6re usynligt.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-3d66a89\" id=\"ccf-og-kampen-for-forandring\" data-block-id=\"3d66a89\"><h5 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">CCF og kampen for forandring<\/h5><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b815c4d\" data-block-id=\"b815c4d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Mit engagement i CCF blev et vendepunkt.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d447e0d\" data-block-id=\"d447e0d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Her m\u00f8dte jeg andre, der k\u00e6mpede \u2013 ikke kun for sig selv, men for f\u00e6llesskabet.<br>For bedre vilk\u00e5r.<br>For mere viden.<br>For mere menneskelighed.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6a0cf7d\" data-block-id=\"6a0cf7d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Det handlede ikke om at v\u00e6re den st\u00e6rkeste.<br>Men om at st\u00e5 sammen.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-471cd35\" data-block-id=\"471cd35\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Hvorfor Velkommen til Ulla findes<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5e36148\" data-block-id=\"5e36148\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Velkommen til Ulla er ikke skabt, fordi jeg har alle svar.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bd50dcb\" data-block-id=\"bd50dcb\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Den findes, fordi jeg ved, hvordan det f\u00f8les:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at v\u00e6re bange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at v\u00e6re alene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at blive misforst\u00e5et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at mangle nogen, der taler \u00e6rligt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-798ded9\" data-block-id=\"798ded9\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Her er plads til det, der ikke passer ind i glansbilledet.<br>Her er plads til b\u00e5de h\u00e5b og h\u00e5bl\u00f8shed.<br>Og her er plads til dig \u2013 pr\u00e6cis som du er.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-d151aa9\" stk-block-text stk-block stk-5fe9013\" data-block-id=\"5fe9013\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Mit h\u00e5b i dag er ikke et liv uden Crohns sygdom.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-95057d6\" data-block-id=\"95057d6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\"><br>Mit h\u00e5b er:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at f\u00e6rre f\u00f8ler sig alene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at flere bliver taget alvorligt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at systemet lytter tidligere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>og at historier som min ikke bliver tiet ihjel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5deef31\" data-block-id=\"5deef31\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Hvis min historie kan g\u00f8re bare \u00e9n ting lettere for \u00e9n anden \u2013<br>s\u00e5 giver det hele mening.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-button-group stk-block-button-group stk-block
