Her er de mest brugte:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b1. Kikkertunders\u00f8gelse (Koloskopi)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-e111adf\" data-block-id=\"e111adf\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u200bDette er den vigtigste unders\u00f8gelse. En l\u00e6ge f\u00f8rer en tynd, b\u00f8jelig slange med et lille kamera ind via endetarmen.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Hvorfor:<\/strong> For at se efter bet\u00e6ndelse, s\u00e5r eller forsn\u00e6vringer direkte p\u00e5 tarmv\u00e6ggen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Godt at vide:<\/strong> Man f\u00e5r ofte afslappende medicin, s\u00e5 man ikke m\u00e6rker det store, og l\u00e6gen kan tage sm\u00e5 v\u00e6vspr\u00f8ver (biopsier) helt smertefrit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b2. Blodpr\u00f8ver og aff\u00f8ringspr\u00f8ver (Calprotectin)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3671ade\" data-block-id=\"3671ade\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u200bInden de store maskiner findes frem, starter man ofte her.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Blodpr\u00f8ver:<\/strong> M\u00e5ler infektionstal (CRP) og om du mangler jern eller vitaminer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Calprotectin:<\/strong> En aff\u00f8ringspr\u00f8ve, der meget pr\u00e6cist viser, om der er aktiv bet\u00e6ndelse i tarmen. Det er en god m\u00e5de at holde \u00f8je med sygdommen p\u00e5 uden at skulle igennem en kikkertunders\u00f8gelse hver gang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b3. MR- eller CT-skanning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-7cd4e7b\" data-block-id=\"7cd4e7b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u200bHvis l\u00e6gerne har brug for at se de dele af tyndtarmen, som kikkerten ikke kan n\u00e5, bruger man skanninger.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>MR-skanning:<\/strong> Er s\u00e6rlig god til at se detaljer i bl\u00f8dt v\u00e6v uden brug af r\u00f8ntgenstr\u00e5ler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Hvorfor:<\/strong> Bruges ofte til at tjekke for fistler eller bylder omkring tarmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b4. Kapselendoskopi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-404a5ae\" data-block-id=\"404a5ae\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u200bHer sluger man et lillebitte kamera, der ligner en vitaminpille.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Hvorfor:<\/strong> Kameraet tager tusindvis af billeder, mens det rejser naturligt gennem hele tarmsystemet.
